Job Description
You are responsible to dispense accurately, provide health management advice, duty of care and customer service excellence to our patients and customers:
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities of a registered pharmacist required under the various Acts and Regulations
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and intervene when necessary
- Counter-prescribe the appropriate OTC or P medicines to patients
- Counsel the safe and proper usage of all medicines
- Make recommendations that contribute to the total well-being of patients
- Maintain the dispensary
- Provide Telepharmacy and Telemedicine Services
You are required to manage the retail pharmacy business and ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy which encompasses:
- Customer Service management
- Staff management
- Inventory and logistics management
- Sales and profitability of the business
- Digital Transformation and Innovation
Qualifications
- Required to hold a valid practicing license issued by Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
- Strong business planning competencies and interest
- Passion for people management and customer service
- Good knowledge and interest in retail pharmacy
- Solution-oriented, resourceful, and independent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work retail hours (i.e. 6 days per week), on weekends and PHs
