Typical duties will include supporting fabrication operations by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes; working with a diverse team of Technicians and Engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting; maintaining current processes, optimizing existing processes, and training in safe and efficient operations of the photolithography process cell; taking ownership and responsibility for the control, development and optimization of photolithography processes and equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of Photolithography experience preferably in a 200mm manufacturing environment – experience with track coaters and steppers (preferably Canon instruments) is a must-have requirement.

  • Experience with sustaining existing photolithography processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows; maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.

  • Maintain statistical process controls for process optimization; trouble shoot and resolve photolithography issues supporting the manufacturing process and improve work center process yields.

  • Research new suppliers and technologies for improving production, quality, end cost and throughput.

  • Work with R&D teams to find creative solutions and approaches for new designs in advanced packaging.

  • Partner with mask design team and device design engineering teams to define and prove in new photo masks.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Education: Typically requires a University Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) plus minimum 5 years related experience.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
