HumanEdge Allied Health, the leader in local and travel placements, seeks an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist! Local and travel PTs are welcome to apply!
- Location: Wichita Falls, TX
- Contract Details: 13-weeks, 40 hours per week. No on-call
- EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase

- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance training
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities of daily living
- Use the HomeCare HomeBase EMR charting system to document all patient care activities
- Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Graduate of an accredited Doctorate Of Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
- Excellent clinical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a patient caseload

All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom-made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for contract Therapists typically range from $1600 - $2000 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify.
