We are a mobile outpatient physical therapy company that provides in person physical therapy services throughout San Diego County.

AMAZING COMPENSATION: Our extremely competitive compensation plan provides for a strong base salary in addition to an uncapped bonus structure that rewards you for exemplary performance. A caseload requiring 40 hours a week of total time can pay 90K annually or more. All our positions are W-2. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES: You have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Your patients are scheduled based on your time and route preferences. As long as you maintain a patient visit average, your scheduling preferences are up to you. Full-time W-2 positions start at 30hrs per week, so you can make work life balance a reality. Full-time too much? We also offer part-time salary positions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited United States physical therapy program
• Active and unrestricted California physical therapy licensure
• Willingness to work with a geriatric population
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics a plus
• COVID-19 Vaccinated
