Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing plumbing service calls at customer locations, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs and installations as needed. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Perform plumbing service calls at customer locations in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and appliances
• Conduct routine maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, maintenance, and installation options, and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on industry standards, new technologies, and product developments

Job requirements

• People Skills, Self-driven
• 3-5 years of plumbing experience
• Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to pass a Background Check
• Able to pass a Drug Testing
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
