PROCESS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

HP Tuners is seeking self-motivated experienced Project Improvement Coordinator striving for success in a competitive and fun environment. This role will varying departments to help set up processes and metrics across the organization, managing small projects and . To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be agile, responsive, work under tight deadlines in conjunction with our current project management team.
This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a strong leadership role with staff
- Assist with Project Management Office to support selected projects
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Develop standard operating procedures aimed at increasing process efficiency
- Formulate best practices for employees and train individuals on improvement practices and procedures
- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Perform Data discovery and analysis with creative solutions
- Manage project shared folders, collaboration sites, documentation, and other materials
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study or at least two (2) years of related project coordination experience
- At least two years’ experience is a similar role is required.
- Prior experience working in Project Management Office is preferred
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are required
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an agile environment is essential
- Competency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Prior Experience using other Microsoft tools such as Project and Visio will provide added-value
Physical Requirements
- Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly require to sit ant work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods of time will be expected to encounter periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Base Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
