Ascension is seeking a Procure to Pay ( P2P) Customer Advocates to join the family in Indianapolis, Indiana! Apply today!
Core business hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
As a P2P Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for resolving inbound contacts via phone, fax, email and Service Request (cases). Other responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure transactions and client requests are handled in a manner that meets service levels and achieve client satisfaction.
- Receive, resolve and/or appropriately route inbound telephone and email/Service Request inquiries.
- Escalate inquiries and requests to the appropriate resource.
- Leverage Custom Relationship Management tools to perform front-line customer support functions and resolve the majority of issues without escalation.
- Tap existing knowledge, internal training, and system resources to provide best-in-class support for internal and external customers to the
organization. - Understand and apply knowledge of the process to resolve issues in the various functional areas including Human Resources, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and peer leader to build skills and supports the success of the broader Tier 1 team.
- Maintain the strictest levels of confidentially and integrity with each interaction.
- Quickly identify critical situations and take appropriate action.
- Ability to diffuse difficult situations and quickly change the direction of the call toward a satisfactory resolution.
- Perform responsibilities in full compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable Experience Preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of Call Center Experience Preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Expereince Preferred
