How I will contribute:
We are hiring a software Product Support member for our remote team. Join us and you will be responsible for supporting inbound client requests, troubleshooting roadblocks and providing efficient solutions for users of our Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) software suite that tracks the entire employee lifecycle. Working together as the client resolution experts, your goal is to provide quality support to clients and service bureau professionals; by quickly responding to calls or emails, studiously diagnosing issues, and accurately documenting case outcomes in the CRM for future reference and training. Your success is achieved by using your expertise and experience to provide high satisfaction resolutions, maintaining, and retaining customers contributing to the company’s bottom line.
- You will be directly engaging with critical clients, working through cases in Salesforce queues, with a small percentage of direct phone calls.
- You will provide client resolutions as the first point of contact.
- You will work closely with your team collaborating on issues requiring escalation to next tier support or development.
- You are responsible for following up with your clients on critical issues and resolutions.
- You are the face of the Asure payroll/HCM product once a customer has begun their Go-Live software journey.
- You will successfully represent the company maintaining a friendly and positive attitude with clients and peers, to resolve client’s requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science preferred but not required.
- Relevant experience in a technical support role, experience in the payroll software industry preferred including human capital management (applicant tracking, performance management, etc).
- Work history and experiences in business, software development, and/ or application support that demonstrates an ability to succeed in this role.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills are needed to be successful in this position.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling interruptions, and return to and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong desire to teach what you know, and continuously learn new things.
- Ability to retain a high level of product knowledge and document for the knowledge base.
- Ability to embrace agility and change.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas currently.
