HTT is a growing contract metal stamping manufacturer that creates precision parts and components. Due to our growth, we have an immediate opportunity for Powder Coating Associates, Washing and Secondary Operations, and Machine Operator's in Welding at our Sheboygan, WI location.

Powder Coating Production Associate

• Responsible for setting up, operating and loading and offloading parts.
• Clean powder coating lines and booths, related equipment, and work areas.
• Hang and remove parts from coating line conveyors.
• Perform visual inspections, identify defects.
• Label and package product.
• Accurately scanning of shop floor paperwork.
• Active involvement in continuous improvement activities and initiatives.
• Participate in required company training programs.
• Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality.
• Produce product that conforms 100% to customer requirements.
• Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Washing and Secondary Operations

• Loan/unload and operate cleaning system to remove oil and coolants from products
• Run products through washer
• Operator vibratory deburr machine
• Count, weigh, and package parts for shipment
• Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality.
• Produce product that conforms 100% to customer requirements
• Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Machine Operator in Welding

• Operates resistance, robotic, and/or spot welders
• Preforms inspection and quality checks of parts and equipment
• Accurately scanning of shop floor paperwork
• Verify parts are packed and labeled per customer specifications
• Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality

• Understand and meet or exceed daily productivity requirements
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Ideal candidates should have previous experience working in a quality focused, team environment in a fast paced manufacturing line operation.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
