Roles & Responsibilities

Rotation opportunities within Production Department

• assist with recces
• help with resource allocation and coordination
• liaise with post production and shooters to ensure shoot goes smoothly
• on set: assist as camera man, gaffer, grip
• post prod: edit rough cuts, subtitling

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• Learn what are the necessary items to prepare pre-production
• Understand and tackle resource management
• Learn to think out of the box quickly when faced with issues on set
• Learn how to decide what goes into a rough cuts
• Hone attention to detail skillset in editing to become more efficient with fewer revisions required

Requirements

• Show interest in video production, multimedia or equivalent background
• Adept at Adobe Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro or FCPX
• Currently pursuing diploma / degree certification
• Soft skills: able to communicate effectively, willing to learn, positive personality
