JOB SUMMARY:

3D Systems, a leading global provider of 3D printing solutions is seeking an individual trained in processing batches of 3D Printer materials.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Sets up and processes batches of materials in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Reads and interprets batch sheets and process instructions to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
• Relies on standard work instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Clean up equipment after every work procedure.
• Ensure that equipment and tools are in calibration before production use.
• Troubleshoot process equipment problems to determine actual faults.
• Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production.
• Report to supervisor(s) regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress.
• Report to supervisor(s) of any potential shortage of raw materials or supplies.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Training

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• At least 2 yrs. relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Understands common concepts practices, and procedures of batch process operations.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
• Ability to multitask.
• Can drive a forklift.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical and mixing devices.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
