Hiring multiple Production Technicians across multiple shifts. Benefits day 1, sign-on bonuses and opportunity for growth.

Candidates should be familiar with cowl machines, air mixers, scales, chain host, air pumps etc. in the department. Must understand how to put together, mix batches and get approved in a reasonable amount of time. Must have a good knowledge of raw material, and intermediates furthermore understand how they affect a batch when added. Provide a quality product for customers. Must comply with all safety, environmental and work rules.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Must blend batch to designated formula
• Make adds as requested by QC or Technical Lab
• Order raw materials and intermediates as required
• Learn how to fill-off batches and fill batches if required.
• Record all adjustments made to batches
• Upon completion of batch make sure work area is cleaned up.

• High School education or GED
• Must be able to read and follow, weight fractions of ounces, and measure accurately by gallons, pints and ounces.
• Must be able to work without constant supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling and walking
• Good attention to detail.
• Understand and adhere to OSHA & EPA Regulations
• Must have good knowledge of raw material used and know how to correctly handle material.
• Must have good attendance record and performed at an acceptable level on previous job
• Must be able to work overtime when required
