WHAT IS THIS JOB ABOUT?
ATI Production Workers are vital to our success and play a key role in meeting company goals. You will work within our Melting department and ensure production requirements and standards are consistently met.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING HERE?
You will be responsible for:
- Operating the following types of equipment: Skid steer; Fork truck; Payloader; Lull, 2010. Pendant Crane; Remote Radio-Controlled Crane; Vac truck.
- Supports and assists in maintenance activities such as: greasing/lubing equipment, maintenance checks on mobile equipment before operation, serves as "extra hand" with maintenance employees when asked.
- Pouring of the molten metal in a safe and effective manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, farming, military, or other industrial environment.

Status: Full time
Shifts: Shift rotates weekly. 21-turn schedule. (7 day shifts, 7 swing shifts, 7 night shifts). Overtime may be available based on the business needs. Weekends availability.
Pay-rate: $19.00/hr first 6 months, then increases to $24.53/hr (when meeting the production goals, there is an incentive of 2 to 4 extra dollars per hour)
Benefits: ATI does cover your benefits fully, so it won't be deducted from your paycheck.
