Overview
Reporting to the IDIQ Manager, the Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst will provide program planning and control analysis. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional program financial analysis, strong scheduling capabilities, and collaborative people skills with the proven ability to work within a technically dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced work environment.
This position may be filled as at level 2 or level 3 (Principal)
Role and Responsibilities:
Support Program Management by providing recurring and ad hoc project reporting and analyses
Generate customer cost reports as required by CDRLs/SDRLs including EVM reporting
Monitor projects to ensure that costs are within budget and negotiated contract and funded values and performance is within contractual scope
Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts and perform analyses of actual costs and estimates to complete
Assist in the generation and maintenance of program schedules following Waterfall or Agile program methodologies
Prepare Government and Intercompany cost proposals that are consistent with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements; assemble and coordinate all cost proposal input and support proposal managers in generating adequate costing for internal review and external submission; provide fact-finding, negotiation, and price certification support
Provide analysis of business area and program financials
Support, interact and communicate effectively with Senior Management, Business Area Management and functional organizations
Basic Qualifications for level 2:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or business related field, or a Bachelor’s Degree with additional business studies or experience
Two years’ experience in program cost and schedule analysis
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Proficient MS Excel skills and basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Project
Basic understanding of FAR, DFAR, TINA, CAS
Ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines with focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Impeccable ethics in business conduct; ability to lead by example and foster ethical behavior at all times
Able to assimilate information from multiple sources and create single point documentation
U.S. Citizenship is a bona fide requirement
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Basic Qualifications for a level 3 (Principal):
Same as above, but with 5+ years experience in program cost and schedule analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Active Top Secret Clearance
