Northwood Children's Services is hiring for the position of Northwood Outpatient Services Clinical Supervisor (Program Supervisor). This position is part of Community Services.
General Description
The Program Supervisor in Community Services functions as the administrator and clinical supervisor of the community program she/he is assigned to. The Program Supervisor is a member of the Community Services Cabinet.
Primary duties include the planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and promoting of activities that will achieve the agency’s objectives for the program. The Program Supervisor is responsible for all clinical direction and oversight of individualized treatment to each student in the program. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for the coaching, development and supervision of clinical staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Two (2) year's work experience in child and youth services or a related field,
- Master's degree in a Social Services field
- MHP professional licensure
