“Bridging the gap between strategy and technology”

Overview:

Consulting services to coordinate, plan, document, perform and track projects within the IT Department

Skills / Requirements:

• 3 years demonstrated experience scheduling, planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks for successful completion of the projects.
• 3 years demonstrated experience with IT Project Management.
• Trained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and/or Projects In Controlled Environments (PRINCE2).
• Demonstrated experience managing 1 or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.

Potential Tasks:

• Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources needs to meet the needs of customers on a daily basis as assigned by the Department.
• Provide issue tracking and reporting daily as assigned by the Department.
• Communicate with management and project teams to ensure status of deliverables are clearly understood and risks and issues are known and managed daily as assigned by the Department.
• Coordinate communication and follow up with stakeholders that impact the scope, budget, risks, issues, and resources of the work efforts being managed known as assigned by the Department.

Track new and existing project costs daily as assigned by the Department.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tallahassee, FL 32399: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
