Job Description:
a. The Contractor shall assign a suitable candidate to perform the role of the IT Project Manager (PM) for company.
b. The PM will be assigned to work on the application infrastructure support for Swab application development and operation hosted in Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
c. Whenever there is new release Swab Mobile Application, the PM will assist the remote deployment of the Mobile app through Mobile Device Management (MDM) supported by IT support team.
d. In addition, the PM will be assigned to work on operations management of company’s end-point devices and desktop services to support the current COVID operations.
e. The PM will lead an IT support team to support and account for following IT equipment to support Swab operations:
i) 920 units of notebooks
ii) 70 units of iPhones
iii) 920 units of MIFI routers with 4G data broadband
iv) 920 units of Barcode Scanners
v) 920 units of Barcode Printers
vi) Each set of IT equipment above are packed as standard suite in individual TOYOGO box
f. CIOO reserves the right to re-assign projects and works based on the needs during the contract period;
g. When required, to perform other duties or tasks assigned by CIOO.
Requirements:
Work Experience.
a. At least 3 years of experience in the Application Infrastructure Support, desktop support and end-user management.
b. Experience managing large scale desktop projects and deployments which consist of more than 1,000 sets of computers and accessories.
c. Experience in working with Desktop Facility Management and familiar with Service desk support.
d. Preferably have experience managing IT desktop projects
Technical Skillset.
a. Experience in Project Scheduling and Problem Resolution Management
b. Experience in tracking cases and following up on end-user cases.
c. Experience in large scale IT asset management.
d. Preferably have certification or attended training in planning, managing, and deploying Cloud services with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other CSPs.
