Da Vinci also offers fully integrated Transportation Management (TMS), Yard Management (YMS), Labor Management (LMS), and 3PL Billing modules.

Job Description

As a Project Manager you will be the key player in the team that helps frame the solution delivery, partnering with our consultants to execute and manage the delivery plan, and ultimately help our client achieve rapid time to value in implementing our SaaS Warehouse Management Solution. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of implementation engagements, creating project plans, status reporting, issue, and risk management, and developing meaningful relationships representing WDG to our clients.

You also excel at dealing with the complexities associated with moderate enterprise customers. You will be the Point of Contact for our clients and drive our projects forward to achieve customer success.

A day in the life

• Manage the project lifecycle of medium to large SaaS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, project planning and management, risk management, communications, and partner management
• Drive multiple simultaneous software projects with internal and external resources
• Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements, and translate customer requests into project deliverables
• Fully autonomous working environment with a seat at the table to help shape the future of our Professional Services Team

If the following describes you, we’d love to chat:

• Multiple years’ experience in project management in software implementation, logistics business and/or commercial operations, analytics or consulting, roles.
• Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

Even better if you:

• Understand logistics or come from a logistics/ERP/3PL Background
• Graduate Degree a plus
