HybridA Project Manager will provide facilities project management by planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating functional department activities to achieve cost, schedule, and performance requirements. This position can be a hybrid role with 2-4 days on-site, based on business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage procurement process and materials management
- Manage ticketing process and assignment of work orders
- Responsibility working with Projects Budget up to ~$250K
- Provides facilities project management for intermediate-sized projects including construction and facilities updates
- Interface with, direct and coordinate project-related development in multiple locations, including internal resources and subcontractors
- Project accountability: direction of project efforts. Directing, authorizing, and controlling project related cost, schedule, and scope
- Control customer interface and communication with middle management. Lead and direct broad organizational projects
- Achieve cost, schedule, performance goals by providing leadership and direction of all project efforts. Plan, organize and schedule project tasks
- Authorize, direct, coordinate, and status progress. Accountable for performance .Problem anticipation and avoidance, revises project plans as permitted by policy and project requirements
- Inputs accurate project cost information into appropriate business system.
- May estimate, review and/or approve costs
- Thorough understanding of Project Management practices and construction
- Demonstrates leadership skills
- Results oriented with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company and customers
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Facilities and/or Construction Management experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
