Project Manager Job Description
Reconnaissance Market Research (ReconMR), a Texas-based survey research data collection company, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our project management team.
Salary range and benefits
- Salaried full-time employment between $65,000 and $80,000 per year

Principle job responsibilities
- Oversee a variety of activities related to survey research, including questionnaire review and consultation related to programming and fielding; data collection; and sampling
- Direct data collection, quality control, project performance analysis, and cost accounting
- Review internal/client reports to monitor progress of data collection
- Troubleshoot issues that emerge to determine course of action and goals are met
- Collaborating in a team environment to deliver creative solutions
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Manage client relationship/ongoing communications
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in primary survey research project management or related
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Ability to learn new tasks, technology, and process quickly
- Ability to problem solve/critical thinking
- Ability to multitask and work independently with tight deadlines
- Ability to lead and direct project scheduling and cost accounting
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Desired
- Experience in data collection project management
- PMP Certification
