Some Responsibilities of a Project Superintendent Include:

• Highly Organized with time management skills and ability to communicate with team members and Contractors assigned to projects, capable to oversee 25+ workers on construction sites.
• Weekly on-site team meetings to manage schedules, and maintain positive workflow of projects.
• Capable of understanding and to communicate project timelines to contractors to avoid project delays.
• Able to communicate project specifications to support assigned contractors and maintain a quality construction site.
• Maintain order of assigned projects, log daily progress with photos, tracking project schedule, able to report construction deficiencies and find solutions.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings to identify site safety hazards with on-site contractors, conduct tool check for compliance and enforce appropriate OSHA standards and safety policies and procedures.

• A minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Superintendent.
• Experience in development of scopes, budgets and schedules.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• Proficient in MS Office suite program- Word, Excel, Outlook Project.
• Ability to learn new software as needed.
• Must be highly mobile and willing to travel extensively as the workload dictates.
• Minimum OSHA 10 certification
• Bilingual - English/ Spanish a plus

This position may require travel to markets we are currently located (San Antonio Metro Area, Texarkana Area, North Houston Area - Lake Conroe, North Dallas Area - Prosper/Celina) and may require travel to new markets.
