ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager this position will ensure the needs of the Howard Hughes Management Team in Columbia, MD are met. Primary duties include the management of the contract and Tenant/Vendor COI processes. This position will be part of the Property Management team in Columbia and will assist with all Portfolio wide initiatives as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the Brand and overall Customer Experience including physical plant, strategy, and future development needs.
General understanding of tenant experience, can provide assistance to property managers that support moving our business forward. Upholds a can-do attitude, is pro-active anticipating the team’s needs and can provide solutions.
General administrative functions include but are not limited to phone management, filing and mailings.
Maintains the Vendor/Contractors and Tenant COI databases.
Review COIs in accordance with Howard Hughes policy.
Ensures all COI’s are current per Lease and Contract mandated requirements.
Manages the Howard Hughes contract process.
Maintains active contract database for Vendor/Contractors and Tenant COI’s.
Input requests into Coupa and Salesforce for new contracts, purchase orders, leases (office & retail), amendments, renewals, expansions, terminations, etc.
Responsible for new Vendor set up.
Provides administrative support to Tenant Coordination and Portfolio Manager.
Additional duties as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/Real Estate/Accounting; a plus
1-3 Years of Customer Experience
