DESIGNATION : QC Assistant (6 months)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To liaise with warehouses/ planners/ 3PLs for the schedule of the incoming shipments that require QC inspection
- To ensure QC Inspection activities comply with SOP and are conducted efficiently
- To generate accurate QC Report and submit timely to Import Inventory Planning department
- Responsible to adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe working environment that complies with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
- Comply with SOPs, rules and regulations
- To work together with respective stakeholders to achieve team KPI & objectives
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' Level / NITEC
- QC Inspection experience in any industry
- IT Knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office – Excel/Word)
- Be open and willing to try out/learn new ways of workings
- Motivated and resourceful team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
- Acquire and apply the knowledge and skills to carry out the assigned tasks in a safe and proper manner
