CORERESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining responsibilities of main area whilehelping outin secondary area

• Performanalytical testing: Flash Point, Refractive Index/Brix, Specific Gravity, PH, Alcohol. Others asinstructed.
• Performsensory analysis: Appearance, Aroma, and Taste
• Evaluateformulas to determine estimated flashpoint and alcohol content.
• Record testing results in applicable systems: Database, QMS,SAP
• Ability to identify incorrect test results and issues with testing equipment.
• Perform equipment calibrations/verifications to maintain and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain, organize, and discard retain samples.
• Restock, trigger reordering, and organize supplies as needed.
• Create/runreports to review data for accuracy.
• Create/run reports for testing summaries and to request untested samples from Flavorists.
• Review and properly execute GSD requests
• Createnew specifications for materials in SAP-GDMS report.
• Executeallspecification changes through GSD requests
• Perform impact analysis required for specification changes
• Complete SAP workflows forindustrialization
• Provides guidance and feedback for additions to existing specifications.

Other Responsibilities (10%)

• Participates and/or managesapproval packets
• Maintain a clean andwell organizedwork area.
• Excellentattendance, flexibility, enthusiasm and a positive approach to workperformance
• Ability to efficiently train others in main area
• Other tasks as assigned
