Responsibilities: Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements; Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the drawings as specified In the tender document Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and to highlight the discrepancies for tender clarifications Compiling all documents required for submission Analysis of tender price comparison, and updating pre & post-tender clarifications submission and pricing All other duties as per assigned by superiors.Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Building or Construction work Experience in estimation is strongly encouraged to apply BIM knowledge will have advantage Able to work independently under minimum supervision 5 days work week
