Job description
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 1 – 2 years working experience as QS in Civil or Building Construction experience.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and CAD measurement
- Able to read / understand engineering drawings, work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Perform quantity take-off
- Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparision
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors, progress payment and VOs
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
Client: Construction.
Location: North Area.
Working Hrs: 8am – 6pm, 8am -12pm (5.5 work week)
Salary: 3K- $4K Negotiable, on Qualification, Experience & Capability
