Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor (Tenders) will support the Tenders team in participating in public and private tenders.

He/She will report to the Tenders Manager. Key responsibilities include :

Preparing high quality tenders and proposals in a timely manner

Co-ordinating with external parties during the tender, presentation, clarification and pre-award processes

Working with sub-contractors and suppliers for supporting works

Assisting the Tenders Manager in other duties

Requirements

Key requirements include :

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other equivalents

A meticulous and analytical personality

Excellent problem solving skills

A team player mentality

Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
