.The Site Leader will be responsible for running the day to day operations of this facility including but not limited to track repair, switching and car washing.

Description

• 
  Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance and accountability to internal team members and Customer.

• Read, write, and communicate in English & understand basic math.
• Learn from directions, observations, and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment.
• Working knowledge of Watco Safety and Operating principles
• Lead groups of team members and consistently show a high level of professionalism
• Complete all applicable documentation, recordkeeping and daily inventory.
• Conduct inspections and trainings.
• Participate in safety briefings, job briefings, and any other pass on information from team members, management or customer.
• Operate in a manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are of the highest importance.
• Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work outside majority of the time and withstand extreme weather conditions.
• Must be able to work with a team, take direction and follow work rules, as well as, take on additional job responsibilities as needed.
• Flexibility required; ability to work days, nights, weekends.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 
  Business degree is preferred but may accept a combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Operational Leadership
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must have experience in Switching operations and maintenance of way

  Operate a loader for snow removal, impact guns, air tools, man lift to work in load out, be able to operate a vehicle, raise and lower loading arms, wire cutters to cut zip ties, power tools, wrenches.
