We are seeking experienced and highly motivated real estate brokers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with our top-producing team to establish and manage a profitable book of business
- Leveraging abundant leads supplied by the company to generate business and expand your clientele
- Participating in various training and development sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and acquire new skills
- Delivering outstanding customer service that surpasses client expectations and caters to their needs
- Being accessible to clients and ensuring prompt responsiveness
- Accomplishing objectives and metrics prescribed by management, such as the number of calls made, showings conducted and deals closed per month
- Being flexible with working schedules, including weekends and overtime, to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active real estate license
- 2 years of sales experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
- Self-determined hours
- Monday- Friday
- Weekend availability

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
