REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or relevant position
Effective HR administration and people management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work both as a team member and independently, while being self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to establish and maintain effective communication with employees, supervisors, and hiring managers
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Excellent verbal, written, grammatical, analytical and interpersonal skills
Able to prepare reports and business correspondence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver License, with acceptable driving record
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

Assist with the recruitment process by posting jobs, identifying candidates, performing background checks and issuing employment offers
Perform New Hire Orientations and update records of new staff
Manage calendar of recruiting activities and attend job/career fairs
Produce and submit reports on recruitment activity
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Maintain both hard and electronic copies of employees' records
Schedule and assist in interview process
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Support other HR assigned functions
Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
Other duties as assigned
