What you’ll do

· Run a full life cycle recruiting desk

· Generate client business through your own lead generation methodology and using our proprietary systems to source for the best talent available in highly competitive markets.

· Interview candidates and market them to clients, to help them achieve life goals through career transitions.

· Mentor and be mentored in our excellent training programs (Path to production, path to peak performance, path to promotion)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
