Responsible for providing interview scheduling and related technology support to drive adoption and ensure a positive candidate experience
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule interviews, leveraging interview scheduling technology, in support of field force expansion recruitment.
  • Develop expertise to serve as interview scheduling technology subject matter expert
  • Assist Hiring Managers and recruiters with interview technology questions to ensure a positive interview experience and increased user adoption
  • Monitor interview scheduling activity and escalate issues that may impact candidate experience
  • Analyze data to provide insights and to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Partner with TA optimization team to understand process and technology updates and share common questions and errors to influence process design
  • Participate in vendor meetings and support global implementation of new functionality and process solutions through testing and user feedback
  • Support achievement of GBS goals in 1) delivering operational excellence, 2) delivering exceptional customer service and 3) driving an exceptional culture for our colleagues
  • Expedite flow of work and initiates follow-up when necessary.
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Outstanding judgment and decision-making skills, excellent critical thinking abilities
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve issues
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and executing responsibilities with minimal errors

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,800.00 to $104,500.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 7.5% of the base salary. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
