JOB STATEMENT: The Recruiting Specialist will serve as the lead for the full life-cycle recruiting and staffing activities for all Bronco Wine Company locations and entities.
Essential Duties:
- Manage full life cycle recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to fill all open positions
- Serve as subject-matter-expert and go-to-person for the department’s automated recruiting tool
- Maintain company website with real-time job postings and up-to-date information
- Utilize available technology to market Bronco Wine Company as an employer of choice
- Attend job fairs and college recruiting events
- Assist the HR manager with the summer internship program
- Complete all required pre-employment testing protocols
- Lead the seasonal Crush hiring process and achieve all hiring objectives
- Manage and conduct orientation program for all new hires
- Maintain all recruiting materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships of trust and confidentiality with managers, employees at Bronco Wine Company
- Create electronic personnel files for all new hires
- Maintain compliance with state and federally mandates regarding collection and maintenance of documents such as W-4, I-9, and E-Verify
- Cross-train with other Human Resources employees in order to serve as back-up when needed
- Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all key responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office Suite applications
- High level of competency with technology-driven recruiting solutions
- Familiarity with Paycom HRMS preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in creating presentations
- Interact professionally with all levels of employee
- Effectively multi task and manage simultaneous responsibilities effectively
- Cultivate relationships both internally with hiring managers and externally with temp agencies and job fair vendors
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sit for an extensive period of time
- Perform tasks using standard computer equipment
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Minimum noise level
- Indoor climate
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
- Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facility
