We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our forward-thinking team under the Asia Pacific Zone Services organization.

What are my responsibilities?

This position requires good interpersonal skills, strong technical skills, technical knowledge in MES and manufacturing domain. In this role, you will participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks like development, configurations, user trainings, etc… leveraging Siemens Advantedge Best Practices.

You will be working closely with the country Services teams in Asia Pacific such as Solution Architects, Product Architects and Implementation Consultants, Project Managers as well as the global Industry experts and Product Development teams to organize and control tasks within the work plan, and potentially play a technical lead role in small to medium project engagements.

• 
  Perform business requirement gathering, analysis gap, application mapping, identification, and resolution of gaps, propose solutions.
• Responsible for functional and technical specification design, development, configuration setup, proof of concept and acceptance test.
• Perform testing of implemented system and document test cases.
• Assists Project Lead on the system demonstrations to customers.
• Perform technical training to internal and external users.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, analyzing, and providing solution to the reported issue.
• Create reusable technical service assets that can be used by country service team.
• Drive World-Class Services professionals through contents and curriculum creations, lead instructor and mentor for enablement

What do I need to qualify for this position?

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum 3+ years with proven technical experience in software development.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in MES projects with multinational companies.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Good programming skill like C#.Net, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, PL-SQL/ T-SQL
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Result oriented and able to work in a matrix organization to drive outcomes – As a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Database – Ms SQL and Oracle.
• Experience in Reporting – Crystal Report, Business Object is an added advantage.
• Experience in Cloud Service Provider – Azure, AWS is an added advantage.
• Experienced in development and configuration of Opcenter products like Opcenter Execution Core /MDD / EL / SM and or Opcenter Execution Foundation / Discrete is an added advantage.
• MES and Manufacturing domain knowledge is desired.
• You are not expected to be proficient in all technical domains but is expected to apply their knowledge to new areas and being flexible and open to learn new skills.
