Status: Full-time
Work Week: Sunday - Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000

Job Summary
The Regional Manager – Retail (RMR) is a Retail Rockstar who manages and develops field talent to execute at the highest level. The RMR position is the front-line manager ensuring all projects are staffed and has a passion for developing and motivating people. Overseeing a region of field talent, the RMR regularly uses organization, communication, and coaching skills to drive the highest level of success within their field team.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:
- Proven leadership skills in a high-level capacity
- Excellent and proven training skills, coaching skills, and presentation skills
- People management, development, and assessment resulting in a strong team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deliverables & deadlines
- Visual Merchandising Talent and Top-Level Merchandise Coordinator expertise
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
- Motivated by working with a variety of brands and clients
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree; 4-year or advanced degree a plus
- 1-3 years of leadership experience managing a team of 2 or more within a wholesale, retail, or store organization
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Previous work leading a Retail Coordinator Program or Regional Manager
