We have been committed to providing outstanding home health care including therapy, medical social workers, and skilled nursing support to seniors throughout the entire Chicagoland Area for 32+ years. We are looking for Registered Nurses who are interested in joining our growing team for the patients we serve in all of Chicagoland including the surrounding suburbs:

Responsibilities of registered nurse:

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with electronic software
• Ability to build rapport with patients

Requirements:

• This is a per visit/per diem home healthcare position with part-time and full-time options available. Hours and schedule are very flexible.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have all staff following CO-VID19 safety protocols given by IDPH and the CDC including daily temperature checks and screenings.

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)
