We are a busy and highly respected Rheumatology practice that houses an infusion center to treat both our own patients and patients referred to us for out-patient infusion therapy. We infuse 5 days a week (M - F). In addition to Rheumatology therapeutics, the center infuses, GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Allergy & Asthma, and Ophthalmology medications. Our nurses focus only on nursing within the infusion center - no billing, scheduling, prior authorization, patient telephone calls, etc.

We are seeking an RN to join our team that is highly skilled at IV access and is focused on providing high touch care to patients with a dedication to patient safety and satisfaction. The RN must be comfortable working autonomously with support from Nurse Practitioners and Physicians only steps away. Must be able to work with other nursing team members within a shared patient care environment which assures smooth and efficient center operations. The RN role collaborates closely with administrative, billing, and other team members and understands the critical necessity of working within the greater RAB team. This is a FULL TIME 35-40 hour per week position.

The qualities of the ideal candidate include exceptional patient relations, compassion, flexibility, efficiency, and high energy to assure efficient chair turnover. The ability to work collaboratively with staff throughout all levels of the office is essential. Our RNs participate in growing services and improving outcomes, satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; a BSN is preferred. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland. Prior infusion center experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
