Job Title: Tele-RN

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Salary: £2700 weekly

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tele-RN to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, NC. As a Tele-RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients who require monitoring, assessment, and intervention through advanced monitoring technologies. You will collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, other nurses, case managers, and various therapists to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting regular patient evaluations through proactive monitoring of vital signs, EKG's, and other appropriate markers of health status to identify any deteriorating changes in the patient's condition.

- Providing timely and accurate documentation of patient care in the EMR system

- Administering medications and IV infusions as prescribed and monitoring for adverse reactions.

- Responding to and managing any emergencies that may arise during patient care

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide exemplary care and interdisciplinary communication

- Educating families and patients regarding their care plan and discharge process

Qualifications:

- Must have a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina.

- Minimum two years' experience working as a Tele-RN

- BLS, ACLS Certification required

- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

- Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Must be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
