Role Description

We are seeking regulatory compliance auditors with experience in the financial services industry to assist with regulatory compliance risk assessments and BSA/AML/OFAC audits. Also, internal and operational audits of financial institutions and FinTech companies. The Regulatory Compliance Auditor will ensure that all procedures, including lending and deposits, are done in accordance with relevant regulations.

These projects are fully remote nationwide and typically last 2-3 months with the potential to extend.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in financial services regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
• Banking as a Service (BAAS) preferred
• Financial Institution Operational audit experience
• Resident of the United States
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current and extensive knowledge of the laws and regulatory guidelines by which the financial institution is required to comply with
• Monitor compliance programs that have been put in place to ensure adequacy
• Conduct BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) risk assessments
• Conduct reviews and audits of the institution's compliance program
• Collect, analyze, and report on relevant data to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Comply with the institution's policies and procedures as well as overall industry regulations and laws
