Your Role:

As a Sales Superstar, you'll handle inbound calls from customers eager to set up their internet, TV, gas, and energy services with providers like AT&T, Spectrum, Hughesnet, Viasat, Centurylink, and more. We need agents who are intimately familiar with these products and can ensure a seamless, top-notch customer experience.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years in home internet, cable, or satellite sales, telecom, or technology
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound calling) - 2 years
• Problem-solving customer service experience
