Job Location: REMOTE FOREVER (must work 9am-6pm PST) Must be able to meet at the office in Anaheim, CA quarterly. They will pay for travel and accommodations
Salary: $175k-$250k DOE + Bonus + 401k Match
Requirements: Experience as a VP for digital marketing D2C eCommerce experience (retail or apparel industry preferred) with $40m-$250m revenue for DTC eCommerce

What You Will Be Doing
You will develop and own a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategy across audiences and channels. You will be responsible for building and executing a performance-based growth marketing plan, including forecasting and allocating the media budget. You will lead a team of 4 direct reports plus agencies. You'll also be responsible for instrumenting and reporting against everything in your scope to measure and act on experiments and track progress against financial and customer goals. You will partner closely with the merchandise, CRO, design/photoshoot and leadership team.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
- 12+ yrs experience
- VP role for digital marketing at an e-commerce DTC retail (ideally apparel) brand with $40m-$250m revenue for DTC eCommerce (NOT total company revenue)
- Paid and Organic Social (FB, IG, TikTok, Snap), Email, SMS, Paid Search (Google Adwords), SEO, Affiliate Networks (Pepperjam)
- Experience managing a multi-channel budget of over $3m annually
- Experience forecasting growth and budgets within marketing and experience allocating budgets (not just overseeing / managing)
- Experience with growth marketing and acquisitions and driving traffic to a DTC site
- Experience managing a DTC eComm retail site with monthly web traffic of 300k+
- Retail or Apparel experience (apparel is ideal)
