Job description
The role involves assisting on all research studies and contributing to the development of new studies, performing all administrative tasks in the lab, and acting as a liaison between the lab and our collaborators both on and off campus.
- 15% Conducts research experiments according to established research protocols with moderate impact to the project(s). Collects data and monitors test results
- 5% Operates, cleans, and maintains organization of research equipment and research area. Tracks inventory levels and places replenishment orders
- 5% Reviews, analyzes, and interprets data and/or documents results for presentations and/or reporting to internal and external audiences
- 15% Participates in the development, interpretation, and implementation of research methodology and materials
- 30% Provides operational guidance on day-to-day activities of unit or program staff and/or student workers
- 10% Performs literature reviews and writes reports
- 15% Manages grant budgets
- 5% Interfaces with IRB

Bachelor's Degree
Related field
At least one year of experience in a research environment (e.g., serving as an undergraduate research assistant); experience with computer networks and Internet-based platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Amazon webservices); working knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS or R) and minimal knowledge of database management (e.g., Excel); demonstrated ability to interact effectively with research personnel preferred. At least one year of experience supervising others preferred.
Part Time: 50% - 75%
It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.

Minimum $39,400 ANNUAL (12 months)
