We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work with our Retail Stores. Our company is looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and can make quick decisions about product availability and inventory. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has experience dealing with customers, and communicates well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by helping customers select merchandise and complete sales transactions.
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and policies.
• Update knowledge about company policies and products, using training materials and seminars.
• Use technology to research answers to customer questions.
• Answer and react to questions from customers in a timely manner.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.
• Recognize potential for fraudulent activity or internal theft of merchandise and notify management or security personnel.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $13.00 per hour
