RETAIL ASSOCIATE FOR STREETWEAR AND MEMORABILIA BOUTIQUE

We are Fly Culture, a streetwear and memorabilia boutique. We sell high-end clothing, sneakers, autographed items, vinyl toys, art and more. We do in-person meet and greets with celebrities and athletes in the store and do live podcasts in the store as well.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Fly Culture is currently seeking a responsible, energetic, enthusiastic and streetwear knowledgeable individual with sales experience for a part-time position.

Minimum of 1 Year Fashion/Footwear retail experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximize personal sales at all opportunities through excellent customer service.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to owner.
• Follow through the customer experience via email, maintaining client book, etc…
• Make posts on social page highlighting new product coming in.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines.
• Process incoming shipments and inventory them.
• Restock the sales floor displays.
• General cashiering.
• Pulling and packing online customers' orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at times.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• This position pays $16 hourly with bonuses for major company achievements.
• There is a $250 signing bonus.
• Single PTO policy. These are paid days that can be used for sick days, vacation, extra time at holidays, or a day needed to run errands.
• There is not comprehensive health care coverage at this time

The store is open Wednesday through Friday 11AM to 7PM, Saturday 12PM to 8PM and Sunday 12PM to 5PM.
