$5,000 sign on bonus for FULL TIME RN/LPN

Registered Nurse (RN)
Come join the team at High Hope Care Center & Rehabilitation. We have a strong leadership team in place and need YOU to join our family. HHCC is a 100 bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility.
Job Duties:
- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures (bp measurements, injections, etc) and fill in patients' charts.
- Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders.
