We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual with experience in carpentry and remodeling to help lead our team of craftsmen. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving and excellence in execution, and will be able to create building plans and ensure that production goals are being met. Additionally, the right candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, be self-directed and able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers on the job site.
- Supervise the maintenance of equipment.
- Keep track of scheduled repairs and job maintenance.
- Oversee quality control.
- Maintain a good work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
