Job Title: Safety Management Coordinator
Duration: 24 Month+
Location: Liberty, NC
DESCRIPTION:
- Work with contractors to implement construction safety mgmt. system & other safety requirements on Client construction sites.
- Provide safety leadership for new construction including mechanical & electrical equipment installation.
- Conduct formal safety audit of activities related to construction and mechanical & electrical equipment installation.
- Review contractor JSA's to confirm completeness & accuracy of work being performed.
Requirements:
- Safety engineering degree is not required but considered a plus.
- OSHA 30
- Experience working on construction projects with multiple subtrades.
- Experience with various parts of construction: site/civil work, structural steel, electrical & mechanical.
- Experience reviewing and verifying JSA's developed by contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft: PowerPoint & Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liberty, NC 27298: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- EHS: 1 year (Preferred)
