Job description
Responsibilities
- Carry out risk assessment, ensure operations comply to the country HSE requirement & safety regulation, provide safety reporting or investigation on safety related matters
- Monitor site safety standards and provide support to operations
- Perform daily safety GEMBA walk in operations, ensuring full safety and 5S compliance
- Conduct safety briefing sessions for all team members within the site
- Conduct and attend monthly safety meeting with the safety committee and internal/external management team
- Perform investigation on safety related accident
- Assist in internal and external safety audits for the site, report and validate near-miss
- Conduct Top 3 safety issue finding loss deployment
- Achieve customer safety KAI/SLA
- Review OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Safety, Health and Environment preferred
- Min 3 years of experience in safety role, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Customer-focused, goal driven and independent
- Great interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills
- Able to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Able to work in the west
