Sailboat sales

Nautical Ventures is looking for salespeople with sailboat experience to join their new sailboat division.

We have secured the exclusive territory rights with BENETEAU , Oceanis & Oceanis Yachts BENETEAU First Racing Sailboats, Excess Catamarans ,Nautor Swan.

Sales of imported sailboats grew by 22% in 2022, and of those 20% were multi-hulls. Our business model is forecasting $10 million+ in sailboat sales for 2023 and we’re in need of knowledgeable sales staff who share our passion and can see this opportunity.

Duties:

• Ongoing communication with clients
• Responsible for understanding the sailboat market and pricing.
• Collecting information on sail boats for accurate and detailed listings.
• Responsible for showing boats.
• Compose and manage written commutation including emails and letters with professionalism.
• Complete legal documents for listings and purchase agreements
• Manage all aspects of the sales process.
• Participate in boat shows and company sponsored events.

• 
  Must be able to work on-site daily in our Fort Lauderdale office (9am-5pm business days) plus off-hours availability for questions, meetings, boat shows or other events.
• Computer Fluency: Ability to use web-based MLS and CRM technologies
• Highly professional, organized and detail-oriented.
• Establishes and maintains good long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale· Develop long-term relationships with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Fluent in English
