Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to sales team ie prepare quotation, daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, prepare Sales Order etc
  • Administrative task such as filing, documentation, follow up on DO etc
  • Work closely with other team or external parties.
  • Liaison with warehouse and production plant on delivery matters
  • To assist in procurement related task ie prepare PO etc

Requirements:

  • Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘A’ Level and above
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administrative / coordination role
  • Proficient in excel and words.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
